As our products are individually crafted and designed for personal use, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the order has been dispatched.
Refund Eligibility
We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. Refunds are only applicable in the rare case of:

A damaged or defective product upon arrival, or

An incorrect item was received in your order.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
To maintain our quality standards and hygiene policies, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Order Cancellation
As each bouquet is prepared to order, cancellations may be accepted within 2 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Delivery Concerns
We ensure every parcel leaves our studio in perfect condition. While we cannot take responsibility for courier delays or mishandling, our team will gladly assist in coordinating with the courier service to resolve any delivery concerns.
